Leadership Academy

The Black Girls Do Politics Leadership Academy

It provides programming for BIPOC women to get involved in politics and social justice causes in two different ways:

Black Girls Do Politics Candidate School

Thinking about running for office? Black Girls Do Politics partners with political and community organizations to provide a comprehensive training program to prepare BIPOC women of all ages and experience to run for any political office, providing the tools, training, and resources you need to win. With courses that cover field, communications, digital strategy, fundraising, and campaign leadership we aspire to give you what you need for a successful campaign, positioning you to make direct change in your community.

Black Girls Do Politics Fellowship program

You can make an impact in your community without running for office! The Black Girls Do Politics fellowship program provides internship opportunities for BIPOC women of all ages and experience with a variety of political and social justice organizations. Positions include marketing, organizing, fundraising, operations and more. Fellows receive a monthly stipend and come from different ages and backgrounds. No experience needed to apply.
